If you choose the wire transfer,
we'll send an invoice with our bank account details and
payment instructions. When
your payment has been approved, you will receive an email
with the product download location, registration number
and password. Shipping by the postal mail is not

What's the
differences between Standard License, Unlimited Site License
and Full Source Code License? Which License I should
order?
A:
GetWord is a royalty-based library, so if you
want to redistribute it embedded into your application
you have to pay for each redistributed copy.
If you order Standard License, you need to order a
separate license for your each redistributed copy of
your software. If you order Unlimited Site License or
Full Source Code License, you can redistribute unlimited
numbers of copies of your software without any
additional fees. We have additional license
agreement for
Unlimited Site License and Full Source Code License,
please click here to read.
Generally, corporation users should order Unlimited
Site License or Full Source Code License. For shareware
users whose products maybe don't have lots of users,
Standard License is more cheap and appropriate.

Does your product(s) come with the full source code?
A:
The products with Standard License and Unlimited Site
License are shipped without the source code. The
products with Full Source Code License are shipped with the
complete source code.

Do we need to pay any royalty fees for the products
developed with your components?
A:
If you order Unlimited Site License or
Full Source Code License, no
royalty fees are required. Standard License
need to pay royalty fees. This means that each your
redistributed copy need a separate license if you order
Standard License.

supporting 4 different products. And we will have 12
redistributed copies. How many licenses we need to
purchase?
A: In this case you
need to purchase 12 licenses (1 per redistributed
copy). You can also purchase Unlimited Site License or
Full Source Code License to
redistribute unlimited numbers of copies of your
product.

or our subscription already includes free support?
A: All our products
come with one-year's FREE technical support and all
minor updates. Major updates need to pay the difference
between the new major version and your current major
